Who We Really Are

Crafting Tomorrow's Spaces with Ethereal Design Excellence

Our Studio

Our Story (The Real One)

Look, we started this whole thing back in 2011 because honestly? We were tired of seeing the same cookie-cutter buildings going up everywhere. Toronto deserved better, and we figured we'd give it a shot.

What began as three architects arguing over coffee at Queen West has grown into something we're actually proud of. We've done residential homes where families actually want to spend time together, commercial spaces that don't feel like soul-crushing boxes, and yeah - we've restored a few heritage buildings that probably should've been knocked down but we're glad they weren't.

The sustainable thing? That's not some marketing gimmick for us. We genuinely think buildings should work WITH the environment, not against it. Plus, clients save money on energy bills, so it's kinda a win-win.

These days we're a team of 23 people who still argue about design choices (in a good way), drink way too much coffee, and occasionally pull all-nighters when deadlines get tight. But hey, we love what we do.

How We Actually Work

First Chat

We grab coffee, you tell us what you're thinking, we listen and ask a ton of questions. No fancy presentations yet.

Sketching It Out

This is where the magic happens. Lots of sketches, 3D models, and yeah - some ideas that don't make the cut.

Making It Real

We manage the whole build process so you don't have to deal with contractor headaches. That's our job.

Final Walkthrough

We check every little detail before handing over the keys. If something's not right, we fix it.

Meet Some of the Team

The folks who make this happen

Sarah Chen

Sarah Chen

Lead Architect

Been with us since day one. Has this weird ability to visualize spaces in 3D without computers. Also makes terrible jokes during client meetings.

Marcus Thompson

Marcus Thompson

Sustainability Director

The guy who knows everything about green building standards. Rides his bike to work even in February. We respect that dedication.

Elena Rodriguez

Elena Rodriguez

Project Manager

Keeps all our projects on track and on budget. Has an uncanny ability to spot problems before they become disasters. Total lifesaver.

David Park

David Park

Heritage Specialist

Loves old buildings more than most people love their pets. Can tell you the architectural style of any Toronto building just by looking at a brick.

Amara Johnson

Amara Johnson

Interior Design Lead

Turns empty spaces into places people actually want to be. Has strong opinions about lighting fixtures and she's usually right.

Our Values (Not Just Wall Posters)

Sustainability That Actually Works

We don't just slap solar panels on everything and call it green. We think through the whole lifecycle of a building - materials, energy use, the works.

Honest Communication

If something's gonna be expensive or take longer than expected, we'll tell you straight up. No surprises down the line.

Design That Makes Sense

Beautiful spaces are great, but they gotta be functional too. What's the point of a stunning kitchen if you can't actually cook in it?

Local Focus

Toronto's our home. We work with local contractors, use local materials when we can, and design buildings that fit the neighborhood vibe.
